Terms of Service

By signing up, signing in, or otherwise using Amirani, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• You must be at least 16 years old, or the legal age of digital consent where you live, whichever is older. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf.
• You must be capable of entering into a binding agreement (or have a parent or guardian who is).
• Operator and trainer accounts on the dashboard are created by gym owners or by Amirani administrators on their behalf; using such an account means you also accept any internal staff policies the gym sets for its own team.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
• You agree not to share your account with anyone. If you suspect your credentials are compromised, change your password immediately and notify us so we can revoke active sessions.
• You can permanently delete your account at any time from the mobile app’s Profile → Settings → Delete account flow.

4.1 How billing works

Gym memberships and any other paid plans on Amirani are billed through Stripe. Prices, billing periods, and any trial terms are shown to you before you confirm a purchase. By confirming, you authorise Amirani and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method on the schedule disclosed at checkout.

4.2 Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can stop auto-renewal at any time from the app or by asking your gym; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you retain access until then.

4.3 Failed payments & grace period

If a renewal payment fails, your membership may enter a short grace period (typically 72 hours) during which the payment processor retries the charge. If retries do not succeed, the membership transitions to expired status and access — including hardware door access — is withdrawn until you update your payment method.

4.4 Refunds

Refund policy is set by your gym for membership subscriptions, and follows the rules of the relevant app store for any in-app purchases routed through their billing. Statutory rights (e.g. EU 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable) are unaffected.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate anyone.
• Attempt to circumvent gym access controls, share an entry credential with someone who is not the rightful member, or tailgate at a door system on behalf of a non-member.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the integrity or security of the platform, the mobile app, the hardware door systems, or the trainer dashboard.
• Use automated scraping, bots, or non-personal automation to interact with the service.
• Misrepresent your identity, age, medical condition, or gym membership.
• Upload content that you do not have the right to share, that infringes anyone’s intellectual property, or that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Use the service in any way that would expose Amirani, other members, your gym, or your trainer to legal liability.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account and, where appropriate, reporting to your gym or to authorities.

Amirani offers AI-generated workout and meal plans based on the profile and preferences you provide. By requesting an AI plan, you understand and accept that:

• AI plans are not medical advice and are not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified physician, dietitian, or other healthcare professional.
• You are solely responsible for assessing whether a plan is appropriate for your individual physical condition, allergies, injuries, medications, or other constraints — particularly during pregnancy, post-surgery recovery, or any health condition that requires specialist guidance.
• Although we filter ingredients against the allergens you disclose, you must always re-read meal contents and avoid any food that may trigger an allergic reaction. Errors in input or third-party recipe data can occur.
• Plans are generated at the moment of request and may vary across requests. Outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or generic and should be treated as a starting point rather than a prescription.
• You may stop following a plan at any time and discard or modify it freely.

Where your gym has integrated with Amirani’s door access system, you can use your phone — via QR code, NFC, or, where supported, a biometric step-up — to enter the facility. The following applies:

• Access is granted strictly on the basis of an active membership and the access hours configured by your gym. We do not override the gym’s rules.
• You agree to use door access only for yourself, not on behalf of anyone else. Lending your device, sharing codes, or admitting non-members is a violation of section 5.
• Physical safety inside the gym (including equipment condition, supervision, and emergency response) is your gym’s responsibility. Amirani is the access / identity layer, not the gym’s health-and-safety operator.
• We log entry events for security, occupancy analytics, and anomaly detection as described in the Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of any content you create on the platform — including workout logs, food logs, progress photos, room messages, and anything else you upload. By submitting content to Amirani you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, display, and back up that content as required to operate the service for you and (where applicable) for your trainer or your gym’s staff.

We do not use your content to train third-party AI models. Where the service uses AI to generate plans, the inputs are limited to the minimised profile fields needed for the request, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Amirani name, logo, brand identity, app, dashboard, source code, design system, and any associated documentation are the property of Amirani and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms gives you the right to use them outside normal use of the service.

• You can terminate your relationship with us at any time by deleting your account.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if your gym terminates your membership, if required by law, or if we reasonably believe your account is being used to harm the service, other members, or third parties.
• Where appropriate, we will warn you before terminating; however, in cases of serious abuse or legal risk we may act immediately.
• Upon termination, your right to use the service ends and your data is handled per the Privacy Policy.

Amirani is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do our best to keep the service running and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device.

No medical, dietetic, or fitness-professional advice is given by the service. Any plan, suggestion, or calculation surfaced by the app is informational only. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise programme, changing your diet, or relying on health-related output for any decision.

Physical activity carries inherent risk. By using the service you accept that you exercise at your own risk and assume responsibility for any injury, accident, or loss arising from your activity inside or outside the gym.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Amirani is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
• Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service, regardless of the form of action, is limited to the amount you paid Amirani in the twelve (12) months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim, or fifty (50) euros, whichever is greater.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amirani and its personnel from and against any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, your infringement of any third party’s rights, or content you upload to the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app and, where reasonably possible, by email or push notification before they take effect. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (the country), without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Tbilisi, Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that grant you the right to bring proceedings in your own place of residence.

• Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Amirani regarding the service and supersede any prior arrangements.
• Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of these Terms remain in effect.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
